J’ai profité du spécial vendredi fou pour acheter un Samsung S22 avec un fortait 30G à 60$ / mois mais je me rend compte que j’ai des frais pour balance chargés 2 fois soit 15$ et 20$.
J’étais déjà ciient de Koodo et la balance que j’avais sur mon ancien téléphone était à 0$.
Comme se fait-il qu’on me charge encore des frais ?

Well, was it last month that you were charged for the last amount of the phone. Koodo had a weird way of calculating the tab, I suggest you check your previous service contract from 24 months ago and see if they calculated correctly (normally they do).
Regarding late fees, how did you pay Koodo? if you paid by online banking, it may take 3.4 business days to reach the Koodo system.
