Credit Balance


Hello,

My phone number was successfully transferred to another provider on May 29

I have since received a credit note of June bill that was auto paid, but I already removed my credit card from the wallet, so the refund was not returned to my card.

Could you please let me know how I can receive the refund for this credit balance?

Hi there,

Refunds for any amount above $5 for unused days will be automatically processed within seven days from the first bill after cancellation. The refund will be issued to the payment method on file. For any other payment method, including Visa Debit, a cheque will be mailed to you.

If Koodo were unable to refund the credit to the payment method, they will issue you a cheque instead. It will be sent to the address they have on file. 🙂
