Hi,

Anybody had this problem before?

I recently broke my phone (mid oct) and was not able to do it. I had a rep called me and temporary deactivate the account. Now i want to speak to a rep to reactive it and there are no way to speak to one on customer support (they hang up after asking to go to self serve) and self serve is not available for me on the website because account is deactived. They cannot call me back because my line has an extension.
