new Sim card in new phone


I got my phone and wallet stolen. I bought another phone but still needs seem card. I drove 2 hours to the nearest koodo location. The guy refused to install and activate because I didn't have pictures idea(stolen) so he just sold me one and said I could do it by myself online. Nope  !   Not working.  The system wanna send a security code but the 2 option aren't possible. It can't be by SMS because I don't have a damn sim card yet and when I try by email it said my email has to be active for at least 48 hours. I own that email address for over 20 YEARS  !!!   Now I try to chat with a human but I only can get the extra-useless digital assistant. I can't set up calls back either. I DON'T HAVE AN ACTIVE HOD DAMN SIM CARD  !!!   Wtf is wrong with that stupid company

 I am confused when you mentioned the system asked you for code but then you said you can't access your email?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?
As of now, do you have access to your selfserve of the old number?
