Question

mobility

Hello I'm having troubles wondering if anyone can help I'm having the worst time trying to contact someone about the issue. My phone bill went unpaid as I have limitations being able to work and living in a seasonal area and not making my unemployment and the only other thing I could get was income assistance as I can't find a job. I had mad a payment of $150 on a $300-$400 bill and I am now disconnected thought they told me that wouldn't happen till February 1st of 2026, I have made a payment arrangement online on my account and it says the first payment is $154.84 due by February 23rd 2026 and a second payment of about the same amount due March 6th ish of 2026, but I suppose my main questions are why did I get disconnected before the date I was told and how can I contact them to resolve this.

Hi there,

it’s hard to say why it was disconnected before the due date but it’s possible that their automated system just saw that the account was longer than 30 days past due and disconnected it. Regardless, you will need to speak with a rep to restore the service until the first.

Are you able to schedule a callback with a rep through Koodo assist using a different phone number like a friend, loved one, or a home phone if you have one?

It does not matter which number they call as long as the owner of the account in question picks up on the other end. You can also try calling #227 to see if you can get their billing dept, this should work even if disconnected.
