I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience in trying to cancel my service. Despite repeated attempts to unsubscribe, Koodo has abusively forced me to stay, completely disregarding my clear requests to end my contract. I continue to be billed for a service I no longer want, including charges for internet service that I never used—this feels nothing short of theft.

Customer service has been consistently incompetent, with representatives contradicting one another, lying about fees, and making the entire experience a nightmare. I will never, under any circumstances, consider Koodo for service again, and my family is in the process of canceling all our Koodo-Telus accounts.

I demand immediate termination of my account, a full review of the charges I’ve incurred, and a refund for the internet service I did not use. Further, my credit card company has been alerted and will pursue legal action.

 

Never again. Anyone thinking about dealing with them, do your research first, you’ll see the countless victims who’ve been screwed over by their lies and manipulation.

Pour le service Internet à domicile, vous pouvez vous connecter à votre libre-service et, sous abonnement, vous pouvez y annuler.


Pourquoi mon bille est 640$ j’aimerais avoir une réponse

Avez vous vérifié votre facture  dans le libre service https://www.koodomobile.com/fr/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills?

Est-ce qu’il y a des changements faits à votre compte récemment?
