My phone broke and I’m trying to buy a new one online, but the only way to do so is  by having them send me a code to my phone… which is broken. The other option that seems to be possible is to schedule a call, to my phone… which is broken. Seems almost ridiculous that it would be impossible to replace a broken phone.
