proper plan affairs when updating to an appropriate price plan


I topped up today, there should be a one day to a eeek handling time for someone to properly update their price plan.

 

I put money today, and this has hapenned before; all my data gets used in under a few hours… having only 4 gbs and then for four dollards extra have 20gb. 
 

All price plans should before changeable where as the original balance that was paid is substracted from the price of new price plan.

 

Get back to me because without internet on my phone I couldn’t update to the proper plan but did pay enough on my top up. Its asking to charge me full price of price plans should before yet my top up is on the same day…… big issue that needs be looked at.

Just to make sure we understand, you have a prepaid plan and you are looking to change/ update your prepaid plan?

Can you explain a bit clearer? It is hard to understand what you mean.

Regarding a top up, you can top up your account at any time prior to the end of the 30-day period. Before the 30-day period is up, you can also schedule a plan change in self-serve to occur when the plan expires.

If you do this instead and schedule the plan change, you only need to top up the amount that is required for the new plan. For auto-top up, it will only take out the required amount. If you leave it until the last day, then there is limited time for you to change the plan.
