Hacked account?

Someone has changed my email address on self-service!!! My billing address was modified also! What should I do?

You would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to check. For security issue like that, a rep would need to verify personal information. If you still have access to your account, I would suggest you change your password of the account.
