Problème avec Moto X play

Depuis quelque temps j'ai un problème avec mon Moto X play je ne peux plus recevoir d'appel mais je peux en faire, ma barre de notification ne s'affiche plus, le bouton accueil et le carré au bas de l'ecran fonctionne mais ne repondent pas, je ne peux pas remettre mon téléphone à la configuration d'usine, bien que j'ai essayer mainte fois et je ne sais pas si sa a un rapport mais juste avant que sa commence mon téléphone s'est redémarrer tout seul, j'ai cru que c'était une mise à jour donc je n'y avais pas accordé d'importance 😕 J'aimerais bien avoir de l'aide si quelqu'un connais se problème.. Merci

Bonjour Sissi,

Je te conseille de faire une restoration complêt a l'usine. Si tu peut pas le faire a cause des problèmes, tu peut assailler un "external reset". Voici les instruction anglais de Lenovo pour comment procéder:

Notes:
  • When using this feature; everything is deleted from the device.
  • Reset will require a minimum battery level of 25%. If you are unable to perform a reset, please charge for 20-30 minutes and try reset again.
1.  With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
2.  Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Recovery mode"
3.  Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode.
4.  You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark.
5.  While holding down the Power button, press and release the Volume Up button, then release Power.
6.  Use the volume buttons to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
7.  Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press the Power button to select it.
