No longer a Koodo user but made an error payment

I am no longer a Koodo user however i recently made a payment to my previous account and I would like to get in touch with someone for a refund. 

I have not used koodo since December and am unable to get a hold of anyone for assistance.

You have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to look into if for you. As they have issue with their call center. You can try to send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo and ask a rep there to help.
