My residential phone plan is supposed to be $5/month for one year. However, I've been billed $20/month for my first month. What gives?

Ça va être donc rétroactif? C'est-à-dire que s'il faut trois mois, et qu'on me facture 20$/mois, donc 60$ + taxes, on va me créditer 15$ x 3, donc 45$ + taxes?

Ce n'est pas rétroactif, le crédit est appliqué pendant 12 mois successifs.
