I changed my email address in Koodoo as well as my user name email to my new one, but it still sends emails only to my old email address. I cant even log in here without using my old email address. Is it possible to change this?

I assumed that was notifications about your bill? Can you check if the old email was still enlisted in the notification area? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/go-paperless-e-bill
